About these terms
These terms apply when you use drsanya.com and when you book a session with Dr. Sanya K Adhlakha (“we”, “us”). By booking a session you agree to them. If you have a question, write to hi@drsanya.com.
Our services
Dr. Sanya offers tarot, astrology, numerology and healing consultations by video call, by phone and in person at the Dubai studio. Sessions are offered for guidance, personal insight and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice and they do not replace it. Any decision you take after a session is your own. For a health, legal or financial concern, please consult a qualified professional.
Booking and payment
- You book through the booking form on this site. Prices are shown in your local currency (UAE dirham, Indian rupee or US dollar) and you are charged in that currency.
- Payment is taken in full when you book. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Session times are shown in your own time zone. Please check the time in your confirmation.
- Please give an email address and phone number where we can reach you.
Remedies
Where your session includes remedies, they are sent to the email address you booked with within one week of the session.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Bookings cannot be rescheduled or cancelled through this website. If you have a question about your booking, write to hi@drsanya.com with your name and booking time.
Video and phone sessions
Please be available at the booked time with a working connection.
Conduct
We ask every client to be respectful. We may decline a booking or end a session in case of abusive or threatening behaviour.
Website content
The text, images and design of this website belong to Dr. Sanya K Adhlakha or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our permission.
Liability
We provide every session with care and in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision you make or any loss you suffer as a result of a session or of using this website. Our total liability to you for a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book applies to that booking.
